Ultimately, we’ll looking at quite the bland pair of sets, which is certainly something someone holding the original Innistrad set couldn’t possibly imagine. You’re holding so many cool rad goth things, how could you possibly screw that up? The answer being you don’t have the chase cards anymore?
Also fun fact: This block is the first time a lot of Magic products changed their packaging to include a big boldly colored strip denoting what the product is, moving the card count and some other stuffs to the top left or something. This is also when the age rating on these packs turned into a circle and have the numbers be written in the font Impact, is that hint for an interesting discussion about this design? Should we change it now?
